Talent Acquisition Consultant - Tech Hiring

# Role Overview

We are looking for a - Talent Acquisition Consultant - Tech Hiring- to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams. This role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to build high-quality talent pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles such as:
• Software Engineers (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack)
• DevOps & Cloud Engineers
• Data Engineers & Data Scientists
• QA & Automation Engineers
• Product Managers & Product Designers
• Engineering Managers & Tech Leads
• AI/ML Engineers and Emerging Technology Roles
• Screen candidates for technical competency, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial assessment calls and coordinate technical evaluations and interview processes.
• End-to-End Hiring Management
• Execute full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and joining management.
• Drive fast closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards and meeting business timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team structures, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Management
• Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, communities, and social platforms.
• Leverage passive and active sourcing strategies to attract top engineering and product talent.
• Build talent maps for niche and hard-to-hire technology roles.
• Maintain proactive pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand hiring plans, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.
• Share real-time hiring updates, funnel metrics, and closure status with stakeholders.
• Act as a talent advisor by providing market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
• Candidate Experience & Offer Management
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement to maximize offer-to-join conversion.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain high levels of candidate satisfaction.
• Recruitment Operations & Reporting
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and hiring trackers for pipeline, interviews, offers, and joiners.
• Track key recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring funnel conversion.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities to strengthen the company's technology hiring brand.
