About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Technology Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA, Cloud, and Infrastructure functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology recruitment, excellent technical sourcing capabilities, and the ability to understand complex technology requirements, identify relevant talent, and drive candidates through the complete hiring lifecycle.

This role requires a combination of strong sourcing expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closure skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end hiring for technology and product roles, including:

• Backend, Frontend & Full Stack Engineers
• Software Development Engineers - SDE I / II / III
• Tech Leads & Engineering Managers
• DevOps & Cloud Engineers
• Site Reliability Engineers (SRE)
• Data Engineers
• Data Scientists & Data Analysts
• AI/ML Engineers
• QA, Automation & SDET Engineers
• Product Managers & Product Owners
• Product Designers / UX Designers
• Solution Architects & Technical Architects
• Cybersecurity / Information Security roles
• Emerging technology and niche technology positions
• Understand technical requirements including technology stack, architecture, frameworks, tools, domain experience, seniority, and team structure.
• Conduct effective initial screening to assess technical relevance, career trajectory, communication, and cultural fit.
