Job Description
1. Sampling and Chemical analysis of purified, process, pretreated & raw water.
2. Environmental monitoring in production, warehouse and microbiology section.
3. To execute the validation/revalidation activities of the different instruments related to microbiology & to carry out all the activities related to Labware LIMS as per job assigned.
- 4. Calibrations of pH meter, weighing balance, etc.
- 5. Documentation, reports and trends preparation, entries in logbooks.
- 6. To ensure the smooth operation and cleaning of instruments like HPHV Steam sterilizer, Vertical autoclave, Incubators, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, etc.
- 7. Ensure the cleaning, sanitization & fumigation etc. in microbiology section.
- 8. Responsible for any Internal & External Audit compliance.
- 9. Area Representative for dedicated area assigned by Head QC/ Designee for all time readiness for any inspection w.r.t. audit.
- 10. Ensure Safety, Personnel hygiene, Good Documentation Practice and GMP (Laboratories control) etc. in microbiology section.
- 11. Preparation/standardization of volumetric/test/indicator solution.
- 12. Other activity/work assigned by Section Head/Head QC.
