Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Ratlam. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with various banking products and services. This role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting bank services, and ensuring a seamless banking experience. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer accounts, processing transactions, and adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve their concerns
• Knowledge of banking processes, financial products, and digital banking services, including mobile and internet banking
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving customer queries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requirements efficiently
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry
• Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage
• Educational qualification of a bachelors degree in any discipline; additional certifications in banking or finance are a plus
