Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Muzaffarpur for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting financial products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, assisting with financial transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
