Product Owner - IT

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on business value and customer needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to deliver product releases.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is well-maintained and prioritized.
• Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the product meets the needs of the users and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience in application development, SDLC, and software product ownership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
