Recruitment Manager

• Managing stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, and candidate management
• Demonstrating effective convincing and negotiation skills
• Conducting Bulk Hiring processes
• Developing and implementing different recruitment strategies
• Collaborating with clients to understand and address their hiring needs
• Maintaining client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Leading a team of recruiters, providing coaching and feedback to achieve targets
• Overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing to selection
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and recruitment tools
• Maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems and databases

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial/lead role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve recruitment targets
