• Timings: Mon- Sat (8.30am to 05.30pm)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
