Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to manage account operations and ensure seamless day-to-day department functions. Responsibilities:
- Account Opening & Coordinate with borrowers, bankers, rating agencies, legal counsels, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the opening and closing of bank accounts, track bank statements, and manage RTGS/NEFT/FT transactions.
- Monitor and execute pay-in and pay-out activities effectively.
- Manage daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of department accounts.
- Coordinate disbursements to investors according to terms of issued securities.
- Assist with record-keeping and reporting of account activities.
Qualifications:
- Client Focus: Strong service orientation, with the ability to handle client needs professionally.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn product knowledge and stay updated on compliance requirements.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
