Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Service Advisor role based in Visakhapatnam. The Automotive Service Advisor will greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requirements. The role involves coordinating with technicians, explaining recommended repairs and services, preparing estimates, and obtaining customer approvals. The advisor will monitor vehicle service progress, ensure timely delivery, and communicate updates clearly to customers. Daily responsibilities also include managing service appointments, maintaining records, promoting additional services when appropriate, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with the companys premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and basic understanding of Automotive Repair processes.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in an automotive workshop or dealership environment, preferably with luxury vehicles.
• Ability to interpret technical information and explain it in simple terms to customers.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple service requests.
• Proficiency with service management software or basic computer applications.
• Relevant diploma or degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Commitment to quality, integrity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
