Job Description
- Manage and develop the agency channel network.
- Recruit, onboard and support insurance advisors/agents.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and provide regular guidance.
- Assist advisors in achieving business and performance objectives.
- Identify new opportunities and strengthen the advisor network.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper coordination and adherence to company processes
