Service Associate – EV Swapping Station

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer and EV swapping station sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform regular inspection and maintenance of EV swapping stations, batteries, chargers, and related equipment.
• Identify and resolve basic electrical, wiring, charging, battery, and equipment-related issues.
• Attend customer/service complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of EV equipment at client locations.
• Replace faulty components, connectors, wiring, fuses, and other parts as required.
• Maintain service reports, issue details, spare-part usage, and site visit records.
• Coordinate with the Team Lead for major or repeated technical issues.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements at all times.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate/ relevant technical qualification preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in EV, electrical, electronics, automotive, service, or field support.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems.
• Comfortable with field work and frequent travel to client/swapping station locations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
