About the Role:

Do Market research for ongoing trends on new developments including products & study of competitive landscape and mapping. Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, Board Meetings, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Dive deeply into Retail data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, Board Meetings, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budgets, and mapping of Budget vs actual including with reasons for variances.
• Work closely with across functional teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Involve in various Kind of scenario modeling, including executive presentation, ad hoc analysis etc.
• Results-driven professional with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Analysis, and Business Planning, capable of leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Must be good in Microsoft excel.

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance (must be from Tier1 & Tier 2 Colleges)
