Area Manager B2B SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS

About the Role

You will be the face of Vedantu in CBSE schools. Your job is to visit school principals, build relationships, run student activity programs, and close annual subscription deals. This is a full-field role — you will be on the road every day, meeting 4–5 school decision-makers, not sitting behind a screen.

This role is for you if you have sold to schools before and understand that a CBSE principal is not a retail customer — they move on trust, curriculum relevance, and peer recommendation, not discounts.

What You Will Do

· Own a territory of CBSE schools across your assigned district

· Visit schools per day — intro meetings, demos, follow-ups, closures

· Pitch and deliver Vedantus Products

· Build relationships with principals, HODs, and management committee members

· Close annual school subscription deals ranging from ₹10L to ₹18L

· Collect advance payments on signing and balance on book delivery

· Maintain accurate visit logs and pipeline updates in CRM — daily

· Generate 100+ Grade 10 student leads per school activity for Vedantus B2C team

What We Are Looking For

· 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience — school, education, or publishing sector strongly preferred

· Has physically visited and pitched to school principals before. This is non-negotiable.

· Fluent in the regional language of the zone: Marathi for Maharashtra roles, Tamil for Tamil Nadu roles

· Comfortable being on the road every working day — this is not a hybrid role

· Organized and disciplined with CRM and daily reporting

· Self-starter who does not need daily hand-holding
