We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Bengaluru and manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on Sales and Business hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage bulk/high-volume hiring requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

  Get Hired
• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
• Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week from office.
