Human Resources (HR) Internship In Noida

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Vehant Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where your skills in Advanced Excel, MS-Office, data analysis, mathematical reasoning, and English proficiency (spoken and written) will be put to the test. You will also get hands-on experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, as well as develop your problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in onboarding and off boarding of employees
• Utilize analytical thinking and VLOOKUP in Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports.
• Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Payroll processing
• Apply mathematical reasoning to data.
• Assist in conflict management and resolution between employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects forward.
