Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition personnel to manage end-to-end recruitment for primarily non-technical roles, with a strong focus on sales and leadership hiring. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles & technical roles
• Handle internal stakeholder to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Conduct company mapping and talent mapping to identify relevant candidate pools from target organizations.
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage leadership hiring mandates and ensure quality candidate identification.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluation based on role requirements.
• Provide market insights and hiring analytics to support recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualification & Experience:

• Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Product Based Companies.
