Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Thiruvananthapuram. The E-commerce Specialist will manage the online store including product listing, inventory updates, and pricing strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with internal teams, optimizing content for e-commerce platforms, and implementing strategies to drive online sales. The role requires maintaining a seamless user experience on the platform while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
