Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
• Experience in the sports or activewear industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
