Role:

We are looking for a Mechanical Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in application engineering and product support for Geared Motors, Industrial Gearboxes, and Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment. The ideal candidate will have both technical and customer-facing skills, providing engineering support and component selection assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application engineering and technical support for Geared Motors / Industrial Gearboxes
• Handle component selection gearbox, bearings, couplings, pumps, and other rotating equipment
• Prepare and review technical drawings and designs using CAD software
• Support the sales and service teams with technical inputs and customer documentation
• Assist in proposal preparation and ensure customer satisfaction through technical clarity

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical and application engineering knowledge
• Excellent communication, analytical, and customer interaction skills
• Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks preferred)
• Understanding of rotating machinery, transmission systems, and component integration
