Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Title Search ,Senior Team Member with strong exposure to online title and property research. The role requires hands-on experience with Netronline (Free & Paid), TitlePoint, DataTrace, and DataTree to validate title documents, ownership status, and property-related information with high accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in FOS / COS
- Mandatory experience in Online Search
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Hands-on experience with Netronline (Free & Paid services)
- State-wise experience in CL, TX, FL
(Nationwide experience is an added advantage) - Willingness to work in flexible shifts
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet quality benchmarks
