Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Surat, Gujarat

CTC: ?810 LPA

Experience: 610 years in HR and Administration within a manufacturing or corporate environment

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
  • Onboarding & Induction: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Administrative Management
  • Facility Management: Ensure smooth operation of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with service providers and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations related to health, safety, and labor laws.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, contracts, and compliance documents.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Experience: 610 years in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or MNC setup.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in handling large teams and multiple departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
