Venus HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, handle client requirements, and ensure timely closure of positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, team management, client coordination, target achievement, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and requirements.
• Understand client requirements, job specifications, manpower needs, and hiring priorities.
• Allocate requirements among recruiters and monitor daily recruitment activities.
• Track sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, offer, and joining status.
• Ensure positions are closed within the agreed TAT and as per client expectations.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor recruiter-wise productivity, submissions, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.
• Coordinate with clients regularly and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Resolve recruitment-related issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and performance reports.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality candidate submissions and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
• Work closely with the business development team to understand new client requirements and delivery expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience and client satisfaction.

• Ability to motivate, guide, and develop recruitment team members.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/HR qualification will be an advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling/recruitment leadership.
• Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or agency environment will be preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
• Experience in client coordination and bulk/high-volume hiring will be an added advantage.
