Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals. Collaboration with hiring managers and maintaining candidate databases will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
