Job Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the complete branch operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Manage sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding hair replacement solutions.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
• Maintain customer records and regularly update the CRM.
• Handle day-to-day branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the team and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper lead records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, consultation, customer handling, or branch management is preferred.
• Must be confident, responsible, and have good communication skills.
• Should be comfortable handling customers and phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of desktop/computer operations.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in the hair, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or customer-service industry will be an advantage.
