Vetic - Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Execution:

• Work closely with leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to build and launch impactful product features.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product specifications, PRDs, and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

2. User Research & Problem Solving:

• Conduct user research, surveys, and feedback analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Use structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and product usage patterns to drive product decisions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business value.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user engagement.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights and support product decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve retention, conversion, and operational efficiency.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities across stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional alignment between product, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
