Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for Financial Planning and Analysis specialist having 5-10 years of exposure in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various stakeholders
• Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Forecast, Long Range Strategic and Financial Plan, Process Automation.
• Self-Starter, Ability to work in High pressure/Ad hoc demands setup, Should be able to find suitable solutions for unstructured doubts
• 
  Should be able to build robust Financial models, Advanced Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint etc. Working knowledge of SAP.
• Quick turnaround on Ad hoc requirements, creating a hypothesis through numbers which the business can comprehend.
• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Creating variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Present detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills:

Should be able to build robust financial models, Hands on with Advanced Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint etc. Working knowledge of SAP, knowledge of working on FP&A tools is preferred.

Self-Starter, Ability to work in High pressure, stretched timelines and Ad hoc demands setup, should be able to find suitable solutions and set processes in growing business setup.
