Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an HR Manager who is highly organized, collaborative, passionate about people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is execution-driven. Your role will be to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, while fostering a positive company culture. You will act as a vital link between the employees and management aligning people strategy with business goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Develop and deliver training and development programs
• Manage performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Maintain accurate HR records and data
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions
• Lead and mentor the HR team
• Nurture and promote a positive and collaborative working environment
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics
• Manage the HR budget
• Contribute to the development of the organisation's culture

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in HR, with 4 years experience in a similar role
• Experience within the Event Industry a considerable advantage

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or related field a must
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPD / SHRM) is highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of UAE laws and requirements
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships proactively with employees at all levels
• Highly proficient with HR Technology and Data (HRMS, HRIS, HR Analytics, etc.)
• Outstanding English language skills (both written and spoken) are required
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
