Job Description

We are seeking an AI specialist with over 3 years of experience to develop and implement AI solutions, primarily focusing on Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Java-based AI development, while experience in Python is also valued. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intelligent agents and applying cutting-edge machine learning techniques to address complex business challenges.
Your main responsibilities will include designing, building, and deploying AI agents using Java to automate decision-making processes. You will utilize frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other advanced AI frameworks, ensuring smooth integration into Java applications. Additionally, you will work hands-on with machine learning toolkits, leveraging Java-based libraries for AI development. It is essential to have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts and apply them to real-world problems using Java.

Furthermore, you will focus on ensuring data and application security in the AI pipeline, as well as leading efforts in model selection, training, and optimization within Java-based frameworks. Thorough evaluation and testing of AI models to ensure effectiveness and scalability in Java-based applications are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with Data Engineers to refine training datasets and contribute to AI/ML operations for deploying and managing models in production environments will be essential.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, along with at least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role. You should have proven experience with AI agents, a strong proficiency in Java for AI development, and familiarity with popular AI frameworks. Experience with machine learning toolkits and a solid understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes within a Java-based environment are also required. Skills in MLOps or AI model deployment and management in Java-based environments are considered a plus.
