Full Stack Engineer ( 6 Months - Year)

Company Description Viionn Labs helps startups and growing businesses build AI-powered software, web applications, mobile apps, and scalable cloud solutions. The team partners closely with clients that need strong execution, clear communication, and senior engineering support aligned to scope, timeline, and budget. We are a small team of 5( 3 Male /2 Female) , and looking for our 6th colleague to join us. We are on the main road near Bengali square.

Role Description The Full Stack Engineer role at Viionn Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore with an expected duration of 6 months to 1 year. In this role, the engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, scalable software solutions. The engineer collaborates with product managers, designers, and other developers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality features on schedule. The role also involves code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building and maintaining APIs, working with databases, and implementing server-side logic.
• Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development and general Software Development skills, covering end-to-end application architecture, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Relevant experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Indore, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently.
• Experience in building scalable, secure web applications and familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
