Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technical Recruiter located in Indore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, screening and interviewing candidates, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills in Security, Devops, Backend Development, FullStack development, DB Administrator.
• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Deep understanding of Information Technology and technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field

• BE/Bsc Computers/IT or MCA
• MBA
