Job Description
- The Technical Recruiter position at Viionn Labs in Indore is a full-time on-site role focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for the company's clients. As a Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, screening and interviewing candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
To excel in this role, you should possess Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills in areas such as Security, Devops, Backend Development, FullStack development, and DB Administration. Additionally, experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring is essential, along with a deep understanding of Information Technology and technical roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Having experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment would be advantageous for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required for consideration. Candidates with a BE/Bsc in Computers/IT or MCA, as well as an MBA, are preferred.
