Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Cutting Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines for the production of high-quality metal and non-metal components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precision cutting, monitoring machine performance, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Load and unload materials onto the machine safely and efficiently.
• Adjust machine parameters such as cutting speed, power, and gas settings to achieve required specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report major problems to maintenance personnel.
• Monitor production output and maintain accurate production records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards.
• Minimize material waste and optimize machine utilization.
