Principal Product Manager - Modernization/Loyalty Platform - B2B

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution into a cross-industry, AI-native, real-time Loyalty platform.
- Define and own the multi-year platform abstraction and extensibility strategy.
- Govern AI capability coherence across ML Platform, Agentic Systems and Reporting & Analytics.
- Define and drive the product direction for real-time, compute-to-data execution architecture.
- Establish cross-module integration principles and prevent domain-specific coupling.
- Arbitrate platform integrity versus module-level optimisation trade-offs.
- Represent the AI-native platform vision in client workshops, analyst briefings and executive forums.
- Align platform roadmap with commercial expansion priorities including CPG D2C.
- Partner with Product Engineering leadership to align system architecture with long-term platform strategy.
- Build and mentor senior product managers within the Modernisation portfolio.
- Qualification: Engineering degree / MBA desirable with AI/ML coursework exposure useful.
- Experience: 12-16 years of enterprise SaaS product management experience.
- Proven experience building or scaling complex platforms rather than isolated features.

- Demonstrated experience defining platform abstraction or extensibility strategies across complex product ecosystems.
- Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML lifecycle principles, real-time inference models and modern data platform architectures.
- Experience defining and executing multi-year product strategy across multi-module ecosystems.
- Proven ability to arbitrate competing roadmap priorities in favour of long-term platform integrity.
- Ability to translate architectural concepts into clear business value narratives.
- Strong executive communication skills with demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional alignment across product and engineering.
