Role: SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant

Location: India (100% remote)

Type: B2B/Self-Employed Contract

Rate: 34,000 INR per day

We are seeking a motivated and skilled SAP Finance and Controlling Consultant with around 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling project from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Analyse client finance and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP system design and configuration.
• Configure SAP Controlling modules, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
• Perform data migration activities using LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and Migration Cockpit to ensure accurate transfer of financial and controlling data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of controlling processes, cost accounting principles, and financial management practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Controlling configuration, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and cost allocation.
• Proficiency in LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and Migration Cockpit for data migration activities.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
