Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for various roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The role also involves conducting structured interviews, managing communication with candidates throughout the process, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will track recruitment metrics, use applicant tracking systems, and support continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to evaluate talent and facilitate selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience working remotely with self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Ability to recruit for multiple roles and levels, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
