This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Mangaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities also include following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide excellent service. This role ensures customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales and business development, including client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales goals
- Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting, taxation, payroll, and HR processes is beneficial
