<p>Key Responsibilities:<br>Transformation & Analysis: Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (trading, clearing, settlement, post-trade) to identify opportunities for optimization and digitization.<br>Requirements Management: Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements; translate these into epics, features, and user stories.<br>Backlog & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business objectives. Prioritize initiatives that enable automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven insights.<br>Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert, interfacing directly with front-office, middle-office, compliance, legal, and technology stakeholders to ensure project success and value realization.<br>Project Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives) and lead functional testing and validation strategies.<br>Thought Leadership: Support practice development by contributing to accelerators, white papers, capability decks, and RFP responses.<br>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br>Experience: 8–15+ years of relevant IT/Consulting industry experience, with deep expertise in the Capital Markets domain (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or FX).<br>Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, front-to-back trading workflows, and multi-asset class processing.<br>Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI) and proficiency in project management/documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).<br>Agile Methodology: Proven track record in Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) and leading digital change initiatives (automation, workflow platforms, analytics).<br>Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate project deliverables effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br>Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science). Industry/IIBA certifications are a definite plus.<br> </p>
