<p>Analyst OMPF (Order Management &amp; Product Fulfillment):</p><p>Role Objective</p><p>The Analyst - OMPF validates and manages order forms/contracts for Google services.</p><p>The role ensures accuracy of requirements from Field Sales Representatives</p><p>(FSR)/DSS, facilitates seamless validation, and collaborates with SMEs, QA, DSS, and</p><p>sales teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Order &amp; Contract Creation: Validate incoming Order Forms using Google Workspace</p><p>tools for completeness, financial alignment, and policy adherence. Use Salesforce</p><p>(Vector) to track sales opportunities and oversee CPQ processes for accurate</p><p>downstream billing.</p><p>Operations &amp; SLA: Utilize Q+ and tracking tools to monitor queue health, maintain data</p><p>integrity, resolve discrepancies, and meet strict operational SLAs. Partner with Sales,</p><p>Finance, and Credit teams to resolve billing blocks or booking errors.</p><p>Renewals &amp; Compliance: Process renewal cases using checklists, update internal</p><p>tools, align contracts with commercial/legal frameworks, and perform policy approval</p><p>checks.</p><p>Collaboration &amp; Quality: Provide stakeholder clarifications, support escalations with</p><p>data, follow SOPs, address QA feedback promptly, and minimize repeat errors to</p><p>reduce client defects.</p><p>Profile &amp; Work Requirements</p><p>Profile: Graduate equivalent (Commerce/Finance preferred) with 1–2 years of Google</p><p>Workflow experience. Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and order/contract/provisioning</p><p>management is valuable. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.</p><p>Work Requirement: Work from Virtusa Campus, Hyderabad (Work from Office). 24x7</p><p>rotational shifts (every 45 days) with shift allowances and partial transport provided by</p><p>region (JAPAC: 3:30 AM–12:30 PM, EMEA: 12:30 PM–9:30 PM, NAMER: 7:30</p><p>PM–4:30 AM). Requires flexibility for end-of-quarter volume extensions. This</p><p>comprehensive overview captures all key parameters.</p>
