Role

• Digital lending - consumer loans , retail loans, cards, origination
• Backlog management for product journey on jira
• liase with UX, Risk, compliance, Consumer lending business
• PO for the lending journeys - from concsept to business case through launch, hyper care.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog
• Product strategy and roadmap and agree with leadership
• Write requirements, USer stories, BRDs and acceptance criterion
• Design Mobile first customer journeys in partnership with UX UI
• Own funnel performance application starts, drop offs, straight though and disbursal conversion.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboard for board and Exco level reporting
• Build coalitions across risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing and technology
