Proposal Executive

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, offerings, subject matter experts, and bid managers, to create compelling and competitive artefacts and deliverables.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></td> </tr> <tr height="503" style="height: 377.5pt;"> <td height="503" class="xl65" align="left" width="709" style="height: 377.5pt; width: 532pt;">• Facilitate and lead proposal and orals storyboarding sessions to identify and align win themes, message maps and response storylines to client requirements and Virtusa’s value proposition.<br>• Create high-quality proposal documents and orals deck along with bid team that align with win themes and message maps, showcasing Virtusa's capabilities and value proposition.<br>• Work closely with the Design and Formatting team to enable proposal template creation and formatting as well as creation of high-quality differentiated content for presentations and client visits including microsites, murals, team booklets, passion books, and rapid prototypes. <br>• Ensure compliance with client requirements and guidelines, including response expectations as outlined in RFx documents.<br>• Facilitate key review meetings, coordinate proposal and orals governance and sign-off.<br>• Continuously enhance the storytelling capabilities by researching and adopting industry best practices and innovative processes, tools, and templates.<br><br>Skills and Qualifications: <br><br>• Strong experience in leading and managing proposal and orals development processes, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry. <br>• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into persuasive messages and storytelling, and articulate complex ideas in a concise and engaging manner.<br>• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.<br>• Experience in leading and managing complex proposals for global clients is preferred.<br>• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field (MBA/PGDM is preferable) with at least 8+ years of relevant experience.<br>• Training/Certifications in proposal writing and messaging from programs such as Shipley/CVI or similar will be an added advantage.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
