The opportunityThe Data & Insights - Tooling & Reporting team plays a critical role in providing leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable business intelligence. This role transforms complex operational data into executive-ready dashboards, reports, and strategic insights that improve portfolio visibility, strengthen governance, and support better business decisions. What you'll be doing Build Executive Reporting and Dashboards Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, financial metrics, resource utilization, risks, and business outcomes. Develop intuitive visualization and standardized reporting frameworks that improve executive understanding and decision-making. Deliver Strategic Insights Analyze business and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, translating findings into concise, decision-ready insights and recommendations. Support executive reviews, governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning with timely, high-quality reporting and presentations. Automate and Optimize Reporting Partner with Data and Automation teams to build automated reporting pipelines, self service analytics, and scalable reporting solutions that improve speed, accuracy and operational efficiency. Continuously enhance reporting processes, visualization standards, and user experience. Ensure Data Quality and Governance Validate data accuracy completeness, and consistency across dashboards and reports, resolving anomalies in collaboration with data owners. Maintain reporting standards that ensure reliable trusted, and governance-aligned executive reporting. Partner Across Business Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, Resource Management, and Program teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights. Support cross-functional initiatives through timely reporting, analysis, and business intelligence. Advance Data-Driven Decision MakingDevelop analytical models, reporting capabilities, and recommendations that strengthen portfolio governance and enable faster, evidence-based executive decisions.Stay current with modern BI tools, reporting technologies, AI-enabled analytics, and visualization best practices to continuously improve enterprise reporting. What we want from you 4-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Operations, Strategy, Portfolio Reporting, or Management Consulting within a global technology or SaaS organization. Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making. Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and modern data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools. Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, business performance measurement, portfolio reporting, and executive governance. Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, and storytelling skills, with exceptional attention to data quality, reporting accuracy, and executive communication. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments to deliver actionable business insights. Familiarity with AI-assisted reporting, predictive analytics, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Analytics, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern analytics platforms. Experience supporting executive leadership, enterprise transformation, strategic planning, or portfolio management initiatives; consulting experience, Agile delivery, data governance, and relevant BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are advantageous.
