Investment Product Specialist - BFS

Job Summary:

An Investment Product Specialist provides expert guidance on investment products like mutual funds and insurance, supports sales teams in client engagement, and helps recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs and market insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Assist in raising funds from HNI / UHNI clients with Technical & Fundamental research for equities and advising the same to clients mapped to the wealth managers.
• Regular meetings with Active clients, converting the dormant clients into active along with respective wealth manager.
• Regular regional visits for HNI client meetings, seminars/events.
• Send across research reports to current and prospective clients and assisting in writing quarterly client newsletters.
• Provide investment support, education, and guidance to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.
• Provide updates on investment opportunities to clients and Relationship Managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and efficient client support.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Maintain current knowledge of competitors' investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing policies.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends to inform decision-making and enhance client portfolios.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Financial Planning and Reporting:

• Assist in developing personalized financial plans, taking into consideration clients' unique goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, investment summaries, and performance reviews for client presentations.

Team Management:

• Collaborate with senior management to define team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
