Job Purpose: The role holder acts as the HR Business Partner for the partner workforce and VIMSL subsidiary, ensuring the workforce is productive, compliant, and future-ready. The role involves identifying and deploying HR best practices, creating robust processes, and maintaining systems to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Key Result Areas:
- End to end ownership of Partner Workforce & NFTE Operations including manpower fulfilment, talent management, skilling, retention, compliance, engagement, and analytics.
- Drive excellence in experience across lifecycle processes that must be common, minimum, and consistent across geographies.
Building a future fit, efficient & Compliant Organization:
- Maintain ViMSL and Non-FTE headcount within approved budgets, with manpower fulfilment sustained at required levels.
- Govern vendor agencies on compliance management, cost adherence, contractual obligations, and service delivery standards.
- Manage HRIS, performance, productivity, and HR analytics.
