Job Purpose
Responsibility will be Managing East Cluster for credit activities for entire region.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Cash Flow & Compliance: Improve cash flow & Drive Compliance in Credit Process
- (1) 100% Bank reconciliation & suspense account posting
- (2) 100% Refund Compliance / POD updates
- (3) 100% TRAI and other audit compliance & NCP
Onboarding & Credit Management: To ensure quality of acquisition, minimizing
- credit risk & control customer retention
- (1) Governance on Quality of Acquisition
- (2) Reduction of Fresh flow to Bad Debt from 0-6 month cases
- (3) Seamless and on time completion of physical verification / 6 monthly verification
- (4) Accurate Profiling, Assessment and enlistment
- (5) Risk Analytics of SME and SOHO Penetration
- (6) Ensuring blacklisting of enterprises with high default
Special Projects: Cost Optimization via process efficiencies, systems, tools & analysis
(1) Green bill penetration
(2) Ensuring Printing TAT, Pick-up Delivery TAT by Courier Agencies & on time delivery
- of summary bill / bill on CD
- (3) Reduction of "Bill Not Recevied" complaints, Physical Bill Return & Hard bounce analysis
- (4) Achieve Banking / Bill Delivery costs
Digital To ensure process mapping, journeys and capabilities in customer and
- non customer facing digital assets to build customer experience.
- (1) Adoption of employee platforms – Smart Collect etc
- (2) 98% Digital payments (All LoBs)
- (3) Automation / digitization of processes
- (4) UAT and implementation of new system changes
Credits Operations: Credit monitoring & billing operations.
- (1) Monitor exposure impact on bad debt
- (2) Monitoring FRS alerts and actions
- (3) Monitoring SSC Operations
