Product Designer

About the Role

Were looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems through intuitive design. Youll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft user-centric experiences across our product suite. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced product team.

Responsibilities

• ● Work with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and turn them into elegant design solutions.
• ● Participate in the end-to-end design process: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and design QA.
• ● Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces.
• ● Create and maintain design system components and documentation.
• ● Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing.
• ● Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• ● Iterate based on data, feedback, and user insights.
• ● Promote good design practices.

Requirements

• ● 2-3 years of experience in product/UX/UI design (internships count!).
• ● Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, UI skills, and end-to-end product design process.
• ● Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• ● Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking
• ● Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ● Comfort with ambiguity and working on iterative product development
• ● Awareness of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles

Bonus Skills

• ● Experience working in Agile product teams
• ● Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS
• ● Previous experience in SaaS, telephony, healthcare, or enterprise platforms
• ● Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive design decisions
