Job Description
- To increase OEM base in the territory for Commercial Refrigeration product by generating new business from OEMs
- Managing distribution channels/ direct dealers and the budget to meet the annual business plan.
- 3. Expand the dealer infrastructure and appoint new channel partners in untapped markets and ensuring volume and market share growth in the given territory.
- Keeping a close watch on competition strategies & actions & working out counter measures.
- Handling Sales promotion schemes in association with Retailers.
- Evaluating Effectiveness of Retailers/Dealers in meeting customer requirements.
- Enhancing brand visibility and recall through regular campaigns in association with marketing department.
- Developing/Promoting the Brand Voltas. Increase market share.
- Working Capital Management. Minimize the number of cheque returns from customers. Inventory management and achieving TBEM standard.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility.
- Must be handling/handled Sales of Deep Freezer, Water cooler& Water dispenser products etc. to Distributers and OEM customers in the territory.
