Major Responsibilities
- New Product Development in Room air conditioning
- Tracking of Value Engineering, Quality, Productivity & Cost Reduction projects. Product Upgradation in RAC
- BOM making/updating in SAP including Part code Management
- Change Management
- Benchmarking of the competitor Products
- Production & QA support for R&D related issues
- Timely registration of all models in BEE.
- Document management for Meeting Statutory Requirement and Technical Documentation like BEE, BIS, ISO etc.
- Field Visit for Service-related Issues
- Coordination with Service for spares/alternate parts and service BOM maintenance.
- Critical Thinking.
- Coordination.
- Monitoring and reviewing
- SAP/PLM Knowledge
- BOM Structure
