• Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding across technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality talent
• Manage and update recruitment trackers, ensuring data accuracy and transparency
• Build and maintain a strong database of resumes for future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire
• Lead employer branding initiatives and improve visibility on relevant platforms
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and labor laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required Skillsets:

• Expertise in using ATS tools, resume databases, and online sourcing techniques
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in maintaining reports, dashboards, and recruitment trackers
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Master's/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
