Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and various platforms. Utilize both paid and organic channels to generate quality leads.
• B2B Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting the companys services and solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Email Outreach: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and convert leads. Monitor and optimize email campaign performance.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking. Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel to closure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies with company goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Provide regular feedback and suggestions for improving outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
